Angled vacuum frame with arrow vacuum indicator gauge and handles. The vacuum chamber is designed to check the tightness by the bubble method of fillet and tee welds (inner corner).
The dimensions of the viewing window of the frame are 75x630 mm. Rubber thickness - 25 mm.
The vacuum frame can be used to test the tightness of the following objects:
- tanks,
- boilers,
- pipelines,
- fuel tanks,
- cladding,
- other objects with one-way access.
Distinctive features
- Own patented design for ease of inspection and reduced power consumption of the flaw detectorist.
- A rubber profile specially developed for this frame makes it possible to make contact with the controlled surface more hermetic and to achieve the ultimate degree of vacuum in the frame volume: -0.09 MPa, which exceeds the requirements of PNAE G-7-008-89 and PNAE G-7-019-89 for class IV tightness.
- The tests carried out showed that the tightness in the vacuum chamber is maintained for a long time (pressure drop to -0.08 MPa for 20 minutes).
- Suitable for convenient operation with any vacuum pump.
- By default, the handles are equipped with a herringbone fitting, but at the request of the customer they can be equipped with a quick-detachable connector, which allows you to make the fastest possible change of vacuum chambers during operation.
