Flaw detector AD-50K for testing the entire range of modern composite materials with the possibility of implementing and combining various testing methods. The flaw detector circuit has four generators and allows you to work in both pulsed and continuous transducer excitation modes.

Composite materials flaw detector AD-50K implements impedance, eddy current and free oscillation methods. Such versatility allows it to solve the whole variety of control tasks:

search for delaminations in composite materials located at different depths.
layering depth estimation
search for non-gluing honeycomb structures
search for bulk defects and cracks in carbon fiber and other electrically conductive materials;
assessment of the electrical conductivity of carbon fiber;
measurement of the thickness of coatings on carbon fiber.

The instrument's memory allows you to save the signal, its spectral response, settings and measurement results. It is allowed to connect any types of impedance (combined, separate-combined) and shock (with piezoelectric elements or a microphone) and eddy current transducers to the flaw detector.

Flaw detector AD-50K combines the latest modern achievements of analog and digital technology, wide versatility, rich functionality, convenience and ease of use, high reliability.

Light weight and a replaceable battery, as well as a modern, well-read and frost-resistant display, allow the flaw detector to be used in any shop, field and airfield conditions.

Waterfall-type color sweep, which allows highlighting signal amplitudes with color, similar to the classic C-scan for ultrasound. The high information content of the sweep allows you to sum up the signal data and find defects where other devices do not give a result.
Three independent zones in the frequency domain, allowing you to implement any method of operation.
Differential mode, which allows you to record a signal from a suitable area of the sample to remove structural noise and compare the current signal with it.
Continuous excitation mode with signal display in the complex plane.
Combination of various information display modes.
