The NORD-TEST capillary system kit is used to test products in mechanical engineering, automotive, shipbuilding, boiler building, welding technology, etc. at temperatures from -5°C to +50°C.
To ensure proper control sensitivity at low temperatures (from -5°C to + 10°C), it is necessary to increase the penetration time, taking into account the requirements of DIN EN ISO 3452, part 2 and DIN EN 571, part 1.
Low sulfur and halogen content tested and validated in accordance with ASTM E165-02 and ASTM D516-02, as well as in accordance with the requirements of KWU and DIN EN ISO 3452.
The NORD-TEST capillary system is tested and certified according to DIN EN ISO 3452-2, DIN EN 571, KWU and complies with the requirements of Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Bureau Central Hollandais, Germanischer Lloyd, MIL-I-25135/QPL-25135, AMS 2644, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel, ASTM E165, ASTM E1417.
The proposed flaw detection system NORD-TEST has the conclusions of the leading industry materials science organizations of the nuclear and shipbuilding industry MF NIKIMT "Expert Center", TsNIIKM "Prometheus" on the possibility of using I, II and III sensitivity classes.
