IN-50 transducer for testing the hardness of products with a rough, poorly prepared surface using the ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) method. The force applied to the indenter is 100N (10 kg).

Distinctive features
- The spatial position of the sensor does not affect the measurement result.
- The inspection area is only a maximum of 1 mm.
- Inspection is possible in grooves and blind holes with a diameter of 5 mm or more.
- The imprint left by the indenter is almost invisible on the surface.
- Tilts, spatial position and weight of the product have a much smaller effect on the measurement result than with the classical "rebound" method.
- The special design allows precise measurements regardless of the pressure applied to the sensor.
