Sensor type D with connector for dynamic hardness tester TKM-359S and hardness tester TKM-359M. Allows the user to independently replace the cable. It is intended for solving the bulk of problems of testing the hardness of metals and alloys with a surface roughness of the tested product Ra not more than 3.2 microns.
Sendor type "D" is used for hardness control:
- all basic types of metals and alloys without the introduction of additional calibrations:
- structural and tool corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, stainless steels and alloys,
- alloys of non-ferrous metals, cast irons, aluminum, bronze, brass;
- surface-hardened and hardened products (hardening with high frequency current, etc.);
- products of complex configuration (gear teeth, pipes, shafts);
- heavy and large objects with a rough surface (gas pipelines, rails, structural details).
When ordering only the "D" type sensor, the TKM-359 hardness tester should be sent for retrofitting and adjustment.
