The ALFA A135 developer is designed for automatic processing of X-ray films of any brand, both imported and domestic. ALFA A135 developer consists of two components (5 liters of component A, 250 ml of component B) and can be supplied either as one set or in a box containing two identical sets.
One such set of components A and B can be diluted to 20 liters of working solution.
Ratio with fixative ALFA A335 - 1х1.
Recommendations for dilution of ALFA A135 developer
To obtain a ready-made developer solution, you need to pour 5 liters of component A into a container with 14 liters of distilled or boiled and sediment-filtered water at room temperature (20°C - 30°C) and stir. Then, while stirring, slowly add 250 ml of component B and stir. After complete mixing, we recommend waiting 3-5 minutes for air to escape before use.
IMPORTANT! The recommended temperature of the finished solution when used should be in the range from +20°C to +30°C.
Note! The above data may be adjusted depending on the equipment used, film brands, time after using chemicals, and so on.
Storage conditions
During storage, chemical reagents must have optimal temperature limits, which, in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation, constitute a temperature range from +5°C to +30°C. The positive temperature range for using these chemicals is primarily due to the high water content in their composition. These chemicals at low temperatures (up to -50°C) slightly change their physical and chemical properties. If chemicals freeze, they must be thawed at room temperature and used as usual.
ATTENTION! Store in a dry, ventilated place and avoid exposure to sunlight!
Subject to the above conditions, the guaranteed shelf life is 18 months from the date of release from production.
