The USD-46 PRO flaw detector is a versatile, lightweight, portable and powerful ultrasonic testing tool adapted for future upgrades and expansion. In the basic version, the flaw detector is supplied as an ultra-modern classic hand-held flaw detector for field, workshop and other work that requires mobility, simplicity and wide functionality.
The ultrasonic flaw detector is equipped with a powerful adjustable oscillator and a low-noise broadband receiver of the latest generation with a set of narrow-band filters to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The database of transducers allows you to load all their parameters from memory in one click, including DGS diagrams. Rich functionality, including TCG and ADC functions, various degrees of signal damping, signal envelope and multi-echo averaging function, as well as two independent control zones with individual defect detection logic, allows you to implement any modern testing methods.
