GOST R 58400.10-2019 applies to oil bituminous binders (hereinafter referred to as bituminous binders) intended as a binder in the construction, repair and reconstruction of road surfaces and foundations and establishes a method for determining the complex shear modulus and phase angle characterizing the viscosity-elastic properties of bituminous binders using a dynamic shear rheometer (DSR).
