GOST R 59537-2021 establishes laboratory methods for determining moisture due to unfrozen water W_w of finely porous rocky soils, dispersed aggregate of coarse-grained soils, sands of various sizes and clayey soils, including saline and containing organic matter, as well as peat during their study during construction in areas of distribution of permafrost and seasonally frozen soils.
