GOST R 59301-2021 applies to concrete mixtures of coarse-grained and fine-grained heavy road concrete, manufactured in accordance with GOST R 59300, and establishes sampling rules, methods for determining workability, average density, porosity, segregation, temperature and persistence of concrete mixture properties.

GOST R 59301-2021 does not apply to concrete mixtures of porous and cellular concrete, polystyrene concrete and self-compacting concrete mixtures.
