Flexible cassettes are made of frost-resistant moisture-resistant material, which ensures tight pressing of intensifying screens to the film during radiographic non-destructive testing, and are designed to protect format X-ray film from light exposure and from external mechanical influences.
Cassettes consist of two flexible parts: internal and external. The outer cassette has in its design a Velcro valve for light-tight closure, as well as three pockets for sensitivity standards and markings.
Cassettes can be operated in any climatic conditions at ambient temperature from -30° to +50°C and relative humidity up to 95% at 20°C.
Flexible cassettes withstand up to 2000 bending cycles on pipes with a circumference equal to the length of the cassette.
The package includes one outer envelope and one inner envelope of the same format.
Cassettes comply with the requirements of GOST 15843-79.
