Ultrasonic hardness tester INATEST-UD with the ability to operate both contact-impedance measurement methods (UCI) and the dynamic Leeb method (Leeb). Designed for local express hardness measurement in laboratory, workshop and field conditions.

The combination of dynamic and ultrasonic methods provides the versatility of INATEST-UD for testing various products.

A distinctive feature of the hardness tester is the absence of strict requirements for the cleanliness and shape of the surface and the positioning of the probe. The indenter design allows for stable measurements regardless of the force and time of pressing the sensor to the surface, providing accurate measurements without the use of a tripod.

The INATEST-UD hardness tester allows you to measure the hardness of metal products (steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, etc.) of surface-hardened layers (carburizing, nitriding, HFC hardening, etc.), as well as galvanic coatings (chromium). Easy one-touch change of the measurement scale provides quick measurement on all major scales: Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC, HRA, HRB), Vickers (HV), Shore "D" (HSD), Leeb (HL), and also determination of the tensile strength of products from carbon steels of the pearlite class in accordance with GOST 22791-77.
